Analysis of the Level of Sense of Distress in Women with Unexplained Infertility

目的分析不明原因性不孕(UEI)女性困顿感水平的影响因素。方法前瞻性选择2019年2月至2020年8月信阳市中心医院收治的78例UEI女性患者作为研究对象,根据困顿感量表(ES)评估患者困顿感水平。设计患者基线资料调查表,询问并填写患者基线资料,分析UEI女性患者困顿感水平的影响因素。结果78例UEI女性患者ES评分为(28.50±3.74)分;自我效能感量表(GSES)评分<30分、家庭关怀度指数<7分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分≥50分的患者ES评分分别高于GSES评分≥30分、家庭关怀度指数≥7分、SAS评分<50分的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析得到方程:Y=25.912+3.678X_( 1)+2.305X_( 2)+2.996X_( 3),结果显示,GSES评分、家庭关怀度指数、SAS评分是UEI女性患者困顿感水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论UEI女性困顿感水平受自我效能、家庭支持、焦虑状态的影响。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of the level of sense of distress in women with unexplained infertility(UEI).Methods A total of 78 female patients with UEI admitted to Xinyang Central Hospital from February 2019 to August 2020 were prospectively selected as the research subjects.The level of sense of distress of patients was evaluated according to the sense of distress scale(ES).The baseline data questionnaire was designed,asked and filled in the baseline data of patients.The influencing factors of the sense of distress in female patients with UEI were analyzed.Results The ES score of 78 female patients with UEI was(28.50±3.74)points.The ES scores of patients with general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score<30 points,family care index<7 points,and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score≥50 points were higher than those with GSES score≥30 points,family care index≥7 points,and SAS score<50 points(P<0.05).By multiple linear regression analysis,the equation Y=25.912+3.678X_( 1)+2.305X_( 2)+2.996X_( 3) was obtained,the results showed that GSES score,family care index and SAS score were the influencing factors of the level of distress in female patients with UEI(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of sense of distress in women with UEI is affected by self efficacy,family support and anxiety state.
