膝周痛点冲击波联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎患者的效果

Effect of Knee Pain Point Shock Wave Combined with Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨膝周痛点冲击波联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者的效果。方法选取2018年5月至2020年8月三门峡骨科医院收治的100例KOA患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法以1∶1比例分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组接受膝周痛点注射加关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,研究组接受膝周痛点冲击波联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前和治疗3、5周疼痛度[视觉模拟量表(VAS)]、膝关节功能[西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)]。结果研究组总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照组[82.00%(41/50)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、5周,研究组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组WOMAC评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、5周,研究组WOMAC评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝周痛点冲击波联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗KOA患者效果显著,可减轻疼痛,增强膝关节功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of knee pain point shock wave combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 100 KOA patients received from Sanmenxia Orthopedic Hospital from May 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups at a ratio of 1∶1 according to the computerized random number table method.A total of 50 patients in the control group received injections of knee pain points and joint cavity Intra-injection of sodium hyaluronate treatment,50 patients in the study group received knee pain shock wave combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection treatment.The two groups were compared with clinical efficacy and pain before treatment,3 weeks,5 weeks of treatment[Visual Analog Scale(VAS)],knee joint function[Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)].Results Compared with 82.00%(41/50)of the control group,the total effective rate of 96.00%(48/50)of the study group was higher(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group for 3 weeks and 5 weeks(P<0.05).The WOMAC score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 3 and 5 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral knee pain point shock wave combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate is effective in treating patients with KOA,which can relieve pain and enhance knee joint function.
