摘要
目的观察针灸早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中后偏瘫患者的疗效。方法选取2018年7月至2020年7月焦作市马村区人民医院收治的102例急性脑卒中后偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各51例。对照组接受常规康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加针灸进行治疗。治疗前后比较两组患者的Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分,评价两组患者的中医症候积分和临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组FMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FMA评分升高,且观察组FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组主症、次症、中医证候总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组主症、次症、中医证候总分降低,且观察组主症、次症、中医证候总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为84.31%,对照组为66.67%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸早期康复治疗急性脑卒中后偏瘫患者,可升高FMA评分,恢复患者肢体运动功能,改善患者临床症状,提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with hemiplegia after acute stroke.Methods A total of 102 patients with hemiplegia after acute stroke who were treated in hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)were compared,and TCM syndrome score and clinical effect were evaluated.Results The FMA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 84.31%,and that of control group was 66.67%,and the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture early rehabilitation can improve FMA score,recover the limb function,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical effect of the patients.
