摘要
为提升带式输送机能效水平,设计了带式输送机能效控制系统。系统包括参数监测模块和能效控制模块,参数监测模块可通过光电编码器、激光测距仪采集带速、物料流截面积、瞬时流量,并基于LabVIEW将各参数汇总,显示;能效控制模块基于能耗模型并采用一种最优控制速度分配算法实现能效控制。实验表明:系统能实现能效控制参数的实时传输和监测,并通过变频调速实现增加能效。
In order to increase the energy efficiency level of belt conveyor,this paper designed a set of belt conveyor energy efficiency control system.The system mainly included parameter monitoring module and energy efficiency control module.The parameter monitoring module can collect the belt speed,material flow cross-section area and instantaneous flow rate through photoelectric encoder and laser rangefinder and summarize and display the parameters based on LabVIEW.The energy efficiency control module was based on the energy consumption model and adopted an optimal control speed allocation algorithm to achieve energy efficiency control.Experimental results show that the system can realize real-time transmission and monitoring of energy efficiency control parameters,and increase energy efficiency through frequency conversion speed regulation.
