基于GT-ANP理论的生态脆弱区煤-水协调绿色开采度评价 被引量:6

摘要 开采煤矿不可避免对矿区周边水资源、生态环境及赋存的地质结构产生扰动影响,目前我国尚未形成有效的煤-水绿色开发评价体系和评价标准,无法对煤-水协调绿色开采程度和实施效果进行科学合理定量评价。针对这一问题开展了煤-水协调绿色开采度评价指标体系与评价方法的研究,首先基于“煤矿全生命周期绿色开采”理论,将煤矿开采过程划分为规划设计、建设生产和闭坑恢复治理3个阶段,结合不同阶段煤矿绿色开采要求,以维系矿区系统稳定为基准,综合考虑地质、采动、自然资源、生态环境、地质灾害和社会经济等6大系统的影响因子,构建生态脆弱区煤-水绿色开采度评价指标体系;其次引入Graph Theory(图论)与Analytic Network Process(网络分析法)构建GTANP模型,利用“超矩阵”综合分析其混合权重,并将煤矿划分为不合格、合格、良好和优异4个等级。以大海则煤矿为案例,验证了评价指标体系与评价方法的科学性与可靠性,评价结果基本反映该矿井的绿色开采度,为绿色矿山建设与综合治理提供依据。 The mining of coal mine will inevitably disturb the water resources,ecological environment and geological structure around the mining area.At present,China has not formed an effective evaluation system and standard for the green development of coal water,so it is impossible to make a scientific and reasonable quantitative evaluation on the degree and effect of green mining of coal water.Firstly,based on the theory of"green mining in the whole life cycle of coal mine",the process of coal mining is divided into three stages:planning and design,construction and production,and closed pit restoration and treatment.Combined with the requirements of green mining in different stages,the stability of mining area system is taken as the benchmark,and the geological and environmental factors are comprehensively considered.The evaluation index system of coal water green mining degree in ecologically fragile area is established by analyzing the influence factors of mining,natural resources,ecological environment,geological disasters and social economy;Secondly,the gt-anp model is constructed by introducing graph theory and analytical network process,and the mixed weight is comprehensively analyzed by using"super matrix",and the coal mine is divided into four grades:unqualified,qualified,good and excellent.Taking Dahaize Coal Mine as an example,the scientific and reliability of the evaluation index system and evaluation method are verified.The evaluation results basically reflect the green mining degree of the mine,and provide the basis for the construction and comprehensive management of green mines.
