家庭投入产出效率对收入的影响分析--基于新疆兵团职工的调研数据

An Empirical Study on the Influence of Family Input-output Efficiency--Based on the Income of Workers in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

利用数据包络分析方法,采用2019年面板数据分析新疆兵团职工家庭经营投入产出效率对家庭收入的影响。结果显示:家庭劳动力平均受教育年限、劳动力数量、家庭经营、家庭经验的投入产出效率都对兵团职工收入具有正面影响。其中家庭经营的投入产出效率提高可以有效的促进兵团职工家庭收入增长,通过加大教育成本投入,增加农业生产效果,补齐效率生产短板,鼓励发展合作社经济发展等有效方法来提高兵团职工家庭收入。

Based on the fact that the income of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps employees is an important event affecting the social development and stability of the people in Xinjiang,it is of great significance to study the income of the staff and workers families in Xinjiang production and Construction Corps.This paper used data envelopment analysis(DEA)method to study the impact of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps(XPCC)employeeshousehold management input-output efficiency on family income by using the panel data of 2019.The results showed that the average education years of family labor force,the number of labor force,family management,the input-output efficiency of family experience had a positive impact on the income of XPCC employees.Among them,the improvement of input-output efficiency of family management could effectively promote the growth of family income of XPCC staff and workers.By increasing the investment of education cost,increasing the effect of agricultural production,making up for the short board of efficiency production,encouraging the development of cooperative economic development and other effective methods to improve the family income of XPCC employees.
