基于林农视角下林业科技服务需求的影响因素分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Forestry Science and Technology Service Demand from the Perspective of Forestry Farmers

基于黑龙江省林农的184份调查数据,通过二元logistics模型分析影响林农需求的因素,得出户主学历、是否接受过林业科技服务、是否参加林业保险、林业收入比重显著正向作用于林业科技服务需求;而家庭劳动力人数显著负向作用于该需求;林地面积、对林改政策的评价等因素对林业科技服务需求影响不显著等结论。最后,提出了构建及时、高效的供需沟通机制,开展对林农的教育、技术培训和加大相关惠农政策力度的建议。

This paper used the dual logistics model to analyze the factors affecting forest farmers’ needs based on 184 survey data of forest farmers in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that it had a significant positive impact on the demand for forestry science and technology services which included that the educational background of the head of the household, whether he has received forestry science and technology services, whether he has participated in forestry insurance, and the proportion of forestry income. The number of family laborers had a significant negative impact on the demand for forestry technology services.The factors such as the area of forest land and the evaluation of forest reform policies had no significant impact on the demand for forestry science and technology services. Finally, it put forward some suggestions to build a timely and efficient supply-demand communication mechanism, to carry out education and technical training for forestry farmers, and to strengthen the publicity of relevant policies.
