摘要
采用文献研究和实地调研两种形式,构建SWOT综合分析的模型,考察了南京及其周边地区草莓实际生产中的区位、气候以及品种上的优势,在品种更新、产业组织和品牌意识上存在的问题,在水果市场、休闲农业方面有较强的发展潜力,以及逐年增长的种植成本的威胁。从小农户、农业合作组织和政府层面提出了提升生产技术、加强发挥组织功能、加大科研投入等发展建议。
In order to understand the production status of the strawberry production area in Nanjing,this paper used two forms of literature research and field investigation to investigate the location,climate and variety advantages of the actual strawberry production in Nanjing and its surrounding areas.It found that there were problems in variety update,industrial organization and brand awareness.Based on the existing survey results,it constructed a comprehensive SWOT analysis model to analyze the actual strawberry production.The results showed that it had strong development potential in the fruit market and leisure agriculture,and the threat of growing planting cost year by year.Finally,it gave some development suggestions from the levels of small farmers,agricultural cooperatives and the government to improve production technology,to strengthen organizational functions and to increase scientific research investment.
