摘要
不同工况(入口流量、转速)对金属泡沫内部流体的流动特性有重要的影响。根据金属泡沫的孔隙率和孔密度建立了金属泡沫简化模型;在此基础上,采用圆管数值模拟得出多孔介质参数;最后利用FLUENT软件及其多孔介质模型数值模拟了金属泡沫通风器在不同工况下的阻力特性。研究结果表明,金属泡沫通风器的压力降随着通风器流量的增加而增加,转速对通风器阻力特性的影响规律与该规律相似。这项成果,为金属泡沫通风器的研究及应用提供了理论支持。
Different conditions(entrance flow rate and rotating speed)of metal foam have important influence on the flow characteristics of its internal fluid.According to the porosity and pore density of metal foam,the simplified model of metal foam is obtained.On this basis,the porous media coefficient is obtained by numerical simulation of foam metal circular tube.Finally,the resistance characteristics of metal foam and separator of metal foam under different structural parameters are calculated by using FLUENT software and its porous medium model.The results show that the pressure drop of the separator of metal foam increases with the increase of the flow rate of the separator,the effect of rotating speed on the resistance characteristics of separator is similar to this law.This study provides theoretical support for the research and application of separator of metal foam.
