摘要
电主轴运转过程中的动力学性能是影响其主轴精度与稳定性的重要因素。基于有限元分析方法,以国产BT40电主轴为研究对象,利用有限元仿真软件对其电主轴进行动静态特性分析,得到其电主轴的前六阶固有频率以及临界转速。结果表明其电主轴的设计合理。
The dynamic performance of motorized spindle during operation is an important factor affecting its spindle accuracy and stability.Based on the finite element analysis method,taking the domestic BT40 motorized spindle as the research object,the dynamic and static characteristics of the motorized spindle are analyzed by using the finite element simulation software,and the first six natural frequencies and critical speed of the motorized spindle are obtained.The results show that the design of its motorized spindle is suitable.
