摘要
液压挖掘机整机性能及使用寿命与系统热平衡密切相关。运用热交换原理,以系统工程的分析方法通过对在不同的散热系统布置方式下系统热平衡影响程度的计算分析以及对某中型挖掘机改造款机型进行了热平衡测试验证,有效地解决了散热系统变化热平衡不满足的问题。
The performance and service life of hydraulic excavator are closely related to the thermal balance of the system.Using the principle of heat exchange and the analysis method of system engineering,through the calculation and analysis of the influence degree of system heat balance under different layout modes of heat dissipation system and the heat balance test and verification of a modified model of a medium-sized excavator,the problem of unsatisfied heat balance of heat dissipation system change is effectively solved.
