摘要
随着社会的不断进步发展,自动化机器逐渐代替人工成为工业领域生产制造的基石。针对水壶内壁的清洁工作,设计了电热水壶自动吹水机:通过气动驱动装置控制,利用空气压缩机压缩空气经过储气罐稳压后,将气体由气缸控制输送到水壶内壁吹干液体。电热水壶共需要四步工序,由传送带、气缸、PLC控制模块、光电开关检测等装置共同完成流水线作业。设计出的吹水机实现了工业自动化的流水线,有效地节约了人力资源,减少了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
With the development of society,automation machine has gradually replaced labor as the cornerstone of production and manufacture in industrial field.This design is mainly aimed at the cleaning of the inner wall of the kettle,specifically the electric kettle automatic blowing machine.The water blower is controlled by pneumatic drive device,and the compressed air of the air compressor is transported from the cylinder to the inner wall of the kettle to dry the liquid after the compressed air of the air compressor is stabilized by the gas storage tank.A total of four steps are required for the electric kettle,and the assembly line operation is completed by conveyor belt,cylinder,PLC control module,photoelectric switch detection and so on.The designed water blower realizes the assembly line of industrial automation and saves effectively Human resources,reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve production efficiency.
