基于STM32的太阳能热水器智能漏水报警系统设计

Design of Intelligent Water Leakage Alarm System based on STM32 for Solar Water Heating

设计了一款以STM32型单片机为控制核心的太阳能热水器漏水报警装置,系统通电后,可以解决太阳能热水器因部件损坏造成漏水现象而无法及时发现的问题,特别是太阳能热水器漏水时,可通过系统内置的GSM模块实现远距离报警。太阳能智能漏水报警装置主要有水流传感器、水位传感器、上水开关、基于单片机STM32F103C8T6的控制单元、语音报警器和GSM报警模块等组成。通过实物调试,验证了该装置结构简单、性能稳定,可以实现太阳能智能漏水报警的作用,应用前景广泛。

In this paper,a water leakage alarm device based on STM32 single chip microcomputer is designed.When the system is powered up,it can solve the problem that water leakage can not be found in time due to the damage of parts in the solar water heating,the system's built in GSM module can be used for remote alarm,especially if the solar water heating is leaking.The solar water leakage intelligent alarm device consists of water flow sensor,water level sensor,water switch,control unit based on STM32F103C8T6,voice alarm and GSM alarm module.Through physical debugging,it is proved that the device is simple in structure,stable in performance,and can realize the function of solar water leakage intelligent alarm.
