摘要
针对明秀水电站存在的机组超期服役、设备老化、性能下降等问题,结合电站的基本参数,提出了水轮发电机组的改造方案。通过方案比较,优选了效率最高的水轮机转轮方案,确定了发电机改造措施。项目改造效果明显,达到了增效改造目标,实现了水轮发电机组的再制造。
Aiming at the problems of extended service,equipment aging and performance degradation of units in Mingxiu hydropower station,combined with the basic parameters of the power station,the transformation scheme of water turbine generator unit is put forward.Through scheme comparison,the runner scheme with the highest efficiency is optimized,and the generator transformation measures are determined.The transformation effect of the project is obvious,the goal of efficiency improvement is achieved,and the remanufacturing of water turbine generator unit is realized.
