摘要 根据蛋白胶原制品蒸煮烘干系统在用设备遇到的天然气、水能耗大,温湿度控制不稳定等问题,通过余热回收、蒸汽冷凝水水循环利用及增加自动化设备等方法进行技术改造。为食品生产提升设备的安全可靠运行,促进节能减排,确保食品产品的质量和产量稳定提供了思路和经验。 According to the problems of large energy consumption of natural gas and water,unstable temperature and humidity control and other problems encountered by the equipment in use in the cooking and drying system of protein collagen products,the key technologies such as energy saving and consumption reduction,waste heat recovery,steam condensate water recycling and equipment automation upgrading and transformation were thoroughly solved.To improve the safe and reliable operation of food production equipment,promote energy conservation and emission reduction,ensure the stability of food product quality and output,do some effective research and improvement.
