摘要
随着信息化、工业化的不断发展,传统加工方法已无法满足人们的需求。利用先进制造技术完成产品的快速成型,极大地缩短了开发周期,降低了加工成本。基于熔融沉积3D打印技术,对薄壁工艺、模型填充强度、拉丝现象、侧面波浪纹、翘曲变形等打印成型工艺进行了分析,找出这些工艺存在问题,提出相应的应对措施,为3D打印技术的进一步研究与应用提供重要参考。
With the continuous development of information and industrialization,traditional processing methods can not meet the needs of people.The rapid prototyping of products is completed by using advanced manufacturing technology,which greatly shortens the development cycle and reduces the processing cost.Based on the 3D printing technology of melt deposition,the paper analyzes the thin-walled technology,model filling strength,drawing phenomenon,side wave pattern,warping deformation and other printing forming processes,finds out the problems of these processes,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,which provides important reference for further research and application of 3D printing technology.
