学警参与大型活动安保与实践教学衔接机制构建研究

Research on the Construction of the Coupling Mechanism between the Security and Practice Teaching of the Student Police Participating in Large-scale Activities

新时期以来,随着我国经济的持续向好,国内大型活动日渐增多。在地方警力有限的情况下,作为预备役的学警参与大型活动安保逐渐成为常态。学警参与安保实践可增强职业认同感,加深对课本知识的理解,学习先进的安防技术,是理论与实践结合的难得契机。但学警缺乏必要的岗前培训,也影响了安保任务的推进。基于此,可尝试在教学计划调整、前沿课程开设、专业技能培训、风险防范强化等方面加以顶层设计,切实构建起大型活动安保与课程教学体系衔接机制,不断提升警务实战教学效果。

With the continuous improvement of China’s economy,domestic large-scale activities has increased since the new era.In the case of limited local police power,it has gradually become the norm for academic police as reserve officers to participate in large-scale security activities.The participation of academic police in security practice can enhance professional identity,deepen the understanding of textbook knowledge,and learn advanced security technology.It is a rare opportunity to combine theory with practice.However,the lack of necessary pre-job training for academic police has also affected the advancement of security tasks.Based on this,we can try to make top-level design in the aspects of teaching plan adjustment,cutting-edge curriculum setting up,professional skills training,risk prevention enhancement,etc.,to effectively build a cohesion mechanism between large-scale event security and practical teaching,and continuously improve the actual teaching effect.
