摘要
在国内某钢厂X80管线钢控轧控冷工艺条件下,通过研究不同的钼、铌含量的管线钢在强度和韧性等方面的差异,结合它们对微观组织的作用机制,确定在已有生产工艺条件下,管线钢中适宜的钼含量为0.19%或者0.30%、铌含量为0.087%,为X80管线钢的成分设计和性能优化提供理论依据。
In this paper,under the condition of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process of X80 pipeline steel in a domestic steel plant,by studying the differences of strength and toughness of pipeline steel with different Mo and Nb contents,combined with their influence mechanism on microstructure,it is determined that under the existing production process conditions,the appropriate content of Mo in pipeline steel is 0.19%or 0.30%,and the content of Nb is 0.087%.It provides a theoretical basis for the composition design and properties optimization of X80 pipeline steel.
