摘要
功率变换器向小型化、高功率化发展,其元器件排列变得越来越紧凑,各元器件间存在近场耦合效应。基于Ansys软件对双共模扼流圈的互感进行仿真分析,结果表明,双共模扼流圈距离越近,磁耦合越严重,互感值越大;不同位置摆放时,一个共模扼流圈水平放置,另一个垂直放置,互感值最小。最后提出在两个共模扼流圈的耦合路径上放置铜箔或高磁导率铁氧体材料可有效地抑制磁耦合,降低其互感。
With the miniaturization and high power development of power convertor,the component arrangement becomes more and more compact,between which there exists near-field coupling.Based on Ansys software,the mutual inductance of the dual common mode choke is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the closer the dual common mode choke is,the more severe the magnetic coupling and the greater the mutual inductance value;when placed in different positions,one common mode choke is placed horizontally and the other vertically,the mutual inductance value is the smallest.Finally,it is proposed that placing copper foil or high-permeability ferrite material on the coupling path of two common-mode chokes can effectively suppress magnetic coupling and resultantly reduce their mutual inductance.
