分消走泄法在儿童支气管哮喘缓解期中的应用

支气管哮喘(以下简称“哮喘”)已成为儿童的常见疾病,发病率正逐年增长,对哮喘患儿的治疗及积极预防至关重要,特别是对缓解期的治疗,是本病轻发、少发、向愈的重要环节。王有鹏教授在总结前人经验的基础上,创造性地将分消走泄法用于本病,在临床中尊崇“合方治大病”及哮喘“伏痰”为患的思想,以此法的代表方温胆汤为基础,根据不同的证型合用泻白散、从龙汤、三子养亲汤、玄贝甘桔汤等进行治疗,在临床实践中疗效显著。

Bronchial asthma has become a common disease in children.The incidence rate is increasing year by year.It is very important to treat and actively prevent children’s bronchial asthma.Especially in the treatment of remission stage,it is an important part of the disease.On the basis of summarizing the experience of predecessors,Professor Wang Youpeng creatively applied the method of fenxiao zouxie to this disease.He respectes the idea of“treating serious diseases with combined prescriptions”and“fu tan”of bronchial asthma in clinical practice.On the basis of Wendan Decoction,the representative of this method,Xiebai Powder,Conglong Decoction,Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Xuanbei Ganju Decoction are used for treatment according to different syndrome types,in clinical practice,the curative effect is remarkable.
