摘要
以2-萘酚-6磺酸钠水合物作为偶合组分,邻硝基苯胺为重氮盐进行偶氮反应,再用连二亚硫酸钠对偶氮基还原合成一种水溶性苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂并整理到棉织物上。通过单因素试验探究最佳的整理工艺,使整理剂更好地发挥抗紫外线性能。最佳整理工艺为:浴比1:40,NaCl质量浓度20 g/L,阳离子表面活性剂质量浓度6 g/L,整理剂质量分数2.5%,扩散温度80℃。在该工艺条件下,整理后织物的紫外线防护系数(UPF)为71.1,折皱回复角为86°,断裂强力为252 N,透气量为2060 L/m^(2)·s。
In order to solve the problem of poor UV resistance of cotton fabric,a water-soluble benzotriazole UV absorber is synthesized and applied to cotton fabric.2-naphthol-6 sulfonate sodium hydrate is used as a coupling component,o-nitroaniline is used as a heavy nitrogen salt for azo reaction,and then a water-soluble benzotriazole UV absorber is synthesized by sodium dithionite reduction.Through the single factor experiment to explore the optimum finishing process,so that the finishing agent can be better play the anti-UV performance.The results show that the optimum finishing process is bath ratio 1:40,NaCl mass concentration 20 g/L,cationic surfactant mass concentration 6 g/L,finishing agent 2.5%(omf),and diffusion temperature 80℃.Under this condition,the UPF of the finished fabric is 71.1,the crease recovery angle is 86°,the breaking strength is 252 N,and the air permeability is 2060 L/m^(2)•s.
