摘要
制备柞蚕丝素蛋白整理液对织造的蜂巢组织织物进行降噪整理,并筛选降噪性能与使用性能最佳的整理工艺。研究表明:在满足织物使用性能的前提下,经质量分数为9%的柞蚕丝素蛋白整理的循环数为8的蜂巢织物表面覆盖有规则不一、随机分布的孔洞,降噪效果极佳;模拟粉尘与日光辐照工作环境下的降噪性能表明,整理后的蜂巢织物的降噪性能随着粉尘浓度与日照时间的增加而降低,该工艺整理后的降噪织物适宜在阴凉、通风的环境中使用。
The finishing fluid of tussah silk fibroin is prepared for the noise reduction finishing of woven honeycomb fabric,and the finishing process with the best noise reduction and usability properties are selected with the fabric properties.The results show that under the condition of satisfying the usability properties of the fabric,the honeycomb fabrics with the cycle number of 8 after finishing with 9% of the mass fraction of tussah silk fibroin protein is covered with irregular and randomly distributed holes,and the noise reduction effect is excellent.The noise reduction performance in the simulated dust and sunlight irradiation working environment shows that the noise reduction performance of the finished honeycomb fabrics decreases with the increase of dust concentration and daylight time.The noise reduction fabric treated by this process is suitable for use in a cool and good air environment.
