摘要 建立中小学教师培训学分管理机制,对探索建立中小学教师专业发展评价体系,推动建设学习型社会和中小学校教师终身学习的发展进程具有重要意义。结合各地教师培训工作实际和谋划学分管理遇到的难点问题,基于教师发展规律,建立中小学教师培训(研修)学分管理机制,从中小学教师培训项目、校本研修与自主研修成果认定、学分银行建设等方面,筹划教师培训学分管理成为当务之急。 The establishment of credit management mechanism for primary and secondary school teachers'training is of great significance to explore the establishment of evaluation system for primary and secondary school teachers'professional development and to promote the construction of learning society and the development process of teachers'lifelong learning in primary and secondary schools.Combining the reality of teacher training work around and meet the difficult problem of plotting to credit management,based on teacher development rule,primary and secondary school teachers training(training)credit management mechanism,from a primary school teacher training programs,the school-based research and independent study results determination,credit bank of construction,planning of teacher training for credit management become the urgent matter.
