随着我国工业进步和社会发展,“工匠精神”一词被赋予更多的时代价值和精神内涵。艺术设计专业人才的“工匠精神”是指具有一定专业能力和职业认同,能够运用精湛的设计技艺进行实践操作和创新研究,并在其中体现职业价值取向和行为表现。基于“工匠精神”的高职艺术设计专业人才培养的实践意义主要体现在精神动力支撑、内在条件培养、创新思辨源泉、思政教育根本、职业价值取向和理想信念提升。在新时代培养追求卓越、严谨求实的高职艺术设计专业人才的“工匠精神”意义重大。
