外语类大学生泛职业化就业现象与职业核心能力培养研究

Research on the Phenomenon of Pan Professional Employment of Foreign Language College Students and the Cultivation of Professional Core Competence

基于近年来外语类大学生群体就业现状而言,泛职业化就业的问题已经较为普遍,且先就业、后择业已然成为多数外语类大学生主观认为的理智选择。而这一错误观念的存在,在某种程度上导致了外语类大学生在就业过程中出现泛职业化现象。外语类专业教学需要在大学生泛职业化就业现象的背景下,加强学生职业核心能力的培养,不断解决大学生的泛职业化就业问题,促进学生职业核心能力的全面发展。

Based on the current situation of Foreign Language College Students'employment in recent years,the problem of Pan professional employment has become more common,and the employment first and then choosing a job has become the rational choice of most foreign language college students.The existence of this misconception,to some extent,leads to the phenomenon of Pan professionalization of foreign language college students in the process of employment.The teaching of foreign language majors needs to strengthen the cultivation of students'professional core competence under the background of the phenomenon of College Students'pan professional employment,constantly solve the problem of College Students'pan professional employment,and promote the all-round development of students'professional core competence.
