吉林省特色高水平大学专利技术转化问题探究

Research on Patent Technology Transformation of High-level Universities with Characteristics in Jilin

为加快我省一流大学建设,实现高等教育内涵式发展的战略目标,我省将高校专利技术转化作为实现目标的重要举措。当下我省高校专利转化率低、专利成果质量不高、专利技术转化人才资源不足等因素阻碍着大学发展的进程。本文通过分析我省专利技术转化难题的原因,结合我省高校的实际情况,提出解决问题的建议,以期推进我省特色高水平应用型大学建设并提升自主创新能力的提高。

In order to speed up the construction of first-class universities in our province and realize the strategic requirements of the connotative development of higher education,our province regards the transformation of patent technology in universities as an important measure to achieve the goal.At present,the low patent conversion rate of colleges and universities in our province,the low quality of patent results,and the lack of talent resources for patent technology conversion are hindering the progress of universities.This article analyzes the reasons for the problem of patent technology transformation in our province,and combines the actual situation of our province's universities,and puts forward suggestions to solve the problems,so as to promote the province's characteristic high-level applied universities to improve their independent innovation capabilities.
