卓越教师师范技能养成体系的实践与探索--以华南师范大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 培养卓越教师是新时代的期盼,师范技能是卓越教师的必备素养。本研究以华南师范大学为例,从师范技能养成的课程设计、支撑平台、训练基地、技能竞赛、指导团队等五个方面,构建了课内课外融合的师范技能课程体系、智慧多功能技能训练支撑平台体系、量足质优的技能训练实践基地体系、分层次分类别的师范技能竞赛体系、双导师制和朋辈教育的传帮带体系等“五位一体”的师范技能养成体系。通过实践,形成了“以赛促练,赛练结合”的师范技能培养特色,成就了师范生扎实的师范技能。 To cultivate excellent teachers is the expectation of the new era,and teachers'skills are the essential qualities of excellent teachers.Taking South China Normal University as an example,this study has constructed five aspects of normal skill training,including curriculum design,support platform,training base,skill competition,guidance team,etc.,including in class and extracurricular integration of normal skill curriculum system,intelligent multi-functional skill training support platform system,sufficient and high-quality skill training practice base system,and hierarchical classification of other normal skill competitions The five in one teacher training system includes department,double tutor system and peer education.Through practice,it has formed the training characteristics of“promoting practice by competition,combining competition with practice”.
