“双带头人”培育工程视角下民办高校教师党支部书记队伍建设研究

在“双带头人”培育工程视角下,民办高校建设教师党支部书记队伍,是新时期我国民办高校党建工作的重要战略工程。现阶段,民办高校在建设教师党支部书记队伍方面做出有益探索,且已经获得显著成绩。而若想进一步完善教师党支部书记队伍建设,培养更多“双带头人”,要提升教师党支部书记队伍建设的重视度、完善教师党支部书记团队建设的责任机制、强化教师党支部书记后备人才资源建设,切实发挥民办高校内部教师党支部促进党建及事业发展进步的堡垒作用。
