透明质酸敷料联合吡美莫司乳膏治疗面部敏感性皮肤的疗效观察

目的探讨透明质酸敷料联合吡美莫司乳膏治疗面部敏感性皮肤的临床疗效及安全性。方法115例面部敏感性皮肤患者,根据治疗方法的不同随机分为三组。观察组,外用1%吡美莫司乳膏,睡前外用透明质酸敷料;对照A组单用1%吡美莫司乳膏;对照B组睡前外用透明质酸敷料。疗程6周。比较治疗前后三组的临床疗效、生活质量和不良发应发生情况。结果治疗6周后,观察组的有效率为76.92%,明显高于对照A组(50.0%)和对照E组(52.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的皮肤病生活质量指数分值明显低于对照A组、对照E组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论透明质酸敷料与吡美莫司乳膏联合治疗面部敏感性皮肤具有较好的临床疗效,且不良反应少、安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of hyaluronic acid gel and pimecroEmus cream on facial sensitive skin.Methods A total of 115 patients with fecial sensitive skin were randomly divided into three groups according to difierent treatment methods.In the observation group,1%pimecrolimus cream was applied externally,and hyaluronic acid dressing was applied before going to bed.The control group A was given 1%pimecrolimus cream alone.The control group B was applied hyaluronic acid dressing before going to bed.The course of treatment was 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,and occurrence of adverse reactions of the three groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 76.92%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group A(50.0%)and the control group B(52.63%),the difierence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The skin disease quality of life index score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group A and control group B,and the difierence was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of hyaluronic acid dressing and pimecrolimus cream for the treatment of sensitive facial skin has a good clinical efiect,with few adverse reactions and high safety.
