新冠疫情时期宁波援鄂医护人员心理特征分析

目的调查新型冠状肺炎疫情期间宁波援鄂医护人员的心理健康状况。方法抽取306例宁波援鄂医护人员作为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评价新冠疫情期间宁波援鄂医护人员的心理健康状况,分析不同性别、职业、职称、学历的医护人员其心理健康状况是否存在差异。结果306例医护人员,医生74例、护士232例,存在心理问题者69例(22.55%)。宁波援鄂医护人员SCL-90量表测定的躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性、强迫症状、抑郁、敌对等因子分值均高于中国常模。不同性别、职业、职称、学历的医护人员其心理健康状况存在差异。存在心理问题的医护人员有46例接受心理干预治疗,1周后再行SCL-90量表检测,结果均在正常值范围内,干预效果良好。结论新冠疫情时期部分宁波援鄂医护人员存在心理问题,与疫情发展、对疾病的认知程度、临床经验、专业能力、生理和心理差异等因素相关。

Objective To investigate the mental health status of medical staff from Ningbo who assisted Hubei during the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods The self-report symptom inventory 90(SCL-90)was used to evaluate the mental health status of 306 medical staff from Ningbo who assisted Hubei during the outbreak of CO VID-90 and analyze the differences in mental health status of medical staff with difierent gender,occupation,professional,education.Results Among the 306 medical staff,including 74 doctors and 232 nurses,69 had psychological problems(22.55%).The scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,terror,psychosis,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression and hostility were all higher than Chinese norm.And different gender,occupation,professional,education indicated different mental health status,the differences were statistically significant.The questionnaires were taken again after a week for investigating the medical staff whose scores indicated psychological problems,and the scores were all changed normal.Conclusion During the outbreak of COVID-90,some medical staff from Ningbo who assist Hubei had psychological probleins,which are related to the development of the epidemic,the awareness of CO VID-19,clinical experience,professional ability,physical and psychological differences,etc.
