乳腺癌改良根治术后患者重塑关爱行为的质性研究

目的促使乳腺癌改良根治术后患者对关爱行为进行重新认识,探索适合此人群的关爱疗护。方法采用理论抽样法选取17例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者进行半结构式深入访谈,使用nvivo11质性资料软件将访谈资料进行登入,采用开放式、轴心式和选择式三级登录的方式,运用持续性比较法分析资料,寻找并建立各概念类属之间的关系,最终形成核心类属。结果乳腺癌改良根治术后患者重塑关爱行为的结构中,核心变量为有效的沟通与表达,包括恰当的语言、得到理解、获得帮助、时常陪伴4个方面。结论根据此概念结构,护理人员可以使关爱护理本土化,为患者营造和谐、健康的人际交往氛围,以提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To encourage patients after modified radical mastectomy to re-understand caring behaviors and explore caring treatments suitable for this population.Methods A theoretical sampling method was used to select 17 patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews.The interview data was logged in using nvivo11 qualitative data software.The three-level log-in method of open,axial and selective methods was adopted,and continuous rhe sexual comparison method analyzed the data,found and established the relationship between the concept categories,and finally forms the core category.Results In.the conceptual model,core variables as efiective communication and expression,including through the appropriate language,get understanding,get help,often accompanied by four aspects.Conclusion Based on this conceptual model,nursing staff can make loving care localization,to create a harmonious and healthy interpersonal atmosphere for patients,in order to improve the patient's quality of life.
