营养康复护理联合呼吸机膨肺干预卒中相关性肺炎的应用分析

目的探讨营养康复护理联合呼吸机膨肺干预卒中相关性肺炎(SAP)的应用价值。方法80例SAP患者按照入院时间顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预的基础上,给予营养康复护理联合呼吸机膨肺排痰。干预7天后,比较两组患者的症状体征、营养状态改善情况及感染指标水平,并对两组的护理服务质量进行评估。结果干预7天后,观察组的症状、体征改善时间短于对照组,SERVQUAL各维度评分均高于对照组,两组的血清TP、ALE、TRF水平均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组。两组的ESR、WBC及血清CRP水平均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组。结论营养康复护理联合呼吸机膨肺干预有助于促进SAP患者的症状体征、感染情况恢复,改善患者的营养状态,提升护理服务质量。

Objective To ejqilore the application value of nutritional rehabilitation nursing combined with ventilator expansion in intervention of stroke-related pneumonia(SAP).Methods 80 SAP patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission time,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nutritional rehabilitation nursing combined with ventilator expansion and sputum discharge on the basis of routine nursing intervention.After 7 days of intervention,the symptoms and signs,nutritional status improvement and infection index levels of the two groups of patients were compared,and the quality of nursing service of the two groups was evaluated.Results After 7 days of intervention,the improvement time of symptoms and signs in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The scores of all dimensions of SERVQUAL were higher than those of the control group.The serum.TP,ALB,and TRF levels of the two groups were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,group.The ESR,WBC and serum CRP levels of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group.Conclusion Nutritional rehabilitation nursing combined with ventilator expansion intervention can help promote the recovery of symptoms and signs and infections of SAP patients,improve the nutritional status of patients,and improve the quality of nursing services.
