摘要
锚索(杆)自问世以来被大量运用于岩土工程锚固项目中,由于其性能优良,成本较低,在业内广泛使用。但传统的锚索支护结构因自身工艺及结构上的局限性,已经难以满足现代化工程的需求。工程上需要更加安全可靠,经济便捷,并且能回收重复使用的新型锚索。一种新型热熔式可拆芯锚索通过采用特殊材料和改良锚具,有效提升了锚索的易用性和性能,而且在自动回收设备的辅助下回收率达到95%以上。将新型热熔式可拆芯锚索应用在实际工程上,锚固效果达到了工程预期,有效节省了工期成本。
Anchor cables(rods)have been widely used in geotechnical anchoring projects since their inception.Because of their excellent performance and low cost,they are widely used in the geotechnical engineering.But the traditional anchor cable support structure has been unable to meet the needs of modern engineering due to its own technological and structural limitations.A new type of anchor cable that is safer,more reliable,economical and convenient,and can be recycled and reused is required in engineering.A new type of hot-melt detachable core anchor cable adopts special materials and improved anchors,which effectively improves the ease of use and performance of the anchor cable,and can achieve a recovery rate of more than 95%under the support of automatic recovery equipment.On the application of the new hotmelt detachable core anchor cable in the actual project,the anchoring effect reaches the project expectation,and can effectively save the construction period cost.
