健康是一个国家的立国之基,是每个国民的立身之本,也是每一个人成长成才和实现幸福生活的重要基础和前提。中共十八大以来,习近平总书记着眼于我国卫生事业的发展,针对中国梦实现过程中我国出现的众多卫生安全风险和健康问题,提出了一系列富有创见的关于人民健康的重要论述。这些重要论述的提出,对于指导我国各级政府、各相关部门及单位开展安全卫生工作以保障人民的健康安全权益、共同维护国家卫生安全,切实把人民群众生命安全和身体健康放在第一位具有重要的意义。

Health is the foundation of a nation and the essence for every citizen.It is also an important basis and prerequisite for every person to grow up and live a happy life.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary of CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping has focused on the development of China’s health undertakings,and put forward many innovative and important discourses on people’s health in view of a series of health security risks and health problems arising in the process of realizing China Dream.These important discourses are of great significance for guiding Chinese governments at all levels,relevant departments and units to carry out safety and health work in order to protect people’s health and safety rights and interests,jointly safeguard national health and safety,and effectively"put people’s life and health first".
