microRNA-203a-3p在原发性肝癌患者外周血中的临床研究

Clinical study of circulating microRNA-203a-3p in peripheral blood of patients with primary liver cancer

目的对不同分期原发性肝癌患者外周血中microRNA-203a-3p表达进行荧光定量PCR检测,研究microRNA-203a-3p在原发性肝癌患者中的临床意义。方法收集56例原发性肝癌患者外周血,另取56例同期健康者作为对照组并留取血样。荧光定量PCR实验测定血样microRNA-203a-3p表达水平。与健康者相比,统计microRNA-203a-3p在不同分期原发性肝癌患者的表达水平,并分析与AFP数值的相关性以及15例肝癌患者治疗前后microRNA-203a-3p的差异。结果与健康者相比,56例原发性肝癌患者外周血中microRNA-203a-3p显著降低,和原发性肝癌分期相关,与AFP水平显著负相关,且15例原发性肝癌手术患者治疗1个月后microRNA-203a-3p表达显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MicroRNA-203a-3p在原发性肝癌患者外周血中显著降低并和临床进程显著相关。

Objective To detect the expression of MicroRNA-203a-3p in peripheral blood of patients with different stages of primary liver cancer by fluorescence quantitative PCR method,and to study the potential clinical significance of microRNA-203a-3p in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods The peripheral blood of 56 patients with primary liver cancer was collected,and another 56 healthy volunteers who were admitted to hospital at the same time were taken as control group.The level of microRNA-203a-3p in blood samples was determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR.Compared to healthy subjects,the level of microRNA-203a-3p in patients with primary liver cancer at different stages was detected to analyzed its correlation with AFP value,and the difference of microRNA-203a-3p in 15 patients with liver cancer was analyzed before and after treatment.Results MicroRNA-203a-3p was significantly lower in the peripheral blood of 56 patients with primary liver cancer than that of healthy people,and was positively correlated with the stage and negatively with the AFP level of primary liver cancer patients,and were significantly increased in the 15 primary liver cancer patients,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MicroRNA-203a-3p is significantly decreased in the peripheral blood of patients with primary liver cancer,which is significantly associated with the clinical process.
