摘要
基于高校战略管理理论,采用平衡计分卡方法构建高校博士后科技人才培养绩效评价模型与评价指标体系。通过问卷调查收集数据,利用因子分析方法对评价模型和指标体系进行深入探讨与系统验证,总结提炼了科研活动、培养服务、品质素质、客户满意、学习交流、职业发展等六个主要因子。最后基于评价模型和指标体系为高校改进博士后科技人才培养绩效提出针对性建议。
Based on the theory of strategic management in colleges and universities,this article adopts the balanced scorecard method to construct a performance evaluation model and evaluation index system for the training of postdoctoral scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities.The evaluation model and index system were thoroughly discussed and systematically validated through questionnaire survey,and six main factors were summarized and refined,including research activities,training services,quality,customer satisfaction,learning and communication,and career development.Finally,based on the evaluation model and index system,this paper proposes targeted suggestions for universities to improve the performance of postdoctoral scientific and technological talents training.
