抗抑郁剂对抑郁症患者静脉血栓形成的影响

Effect of antidepressants on venous thrombosis in patients with depression

随着对抑郁症等精神障碍认识的深入,人们发现,包括抑郁症状在内的一系列精神症状可以对人体各方面产生直接的负面影响。心理精神因素现被认为是静脉血栓形成的独立危险因素。抑郁症可以通过先天遗传、后天行为、精神应激、炎症介质、自主神经及神经内分泌系统等多方面机制的共同作用,增加血栓形成的风险。同时,抗抑郁剂对静脉血栓形成产生的影响以及相应机制也是大家关注的问题。故本文通过总结近年来抗抑郁剂对抑郁症患者静脉血栓形成影响的研究进展,分析可能存在的机制,为存在高血栓风险的抑郁症患者管理提供参考。

With the deepening understanding of mental disorders such as depression,it is found that a series of mental symptoms including depressive symptoms can have a direct negative impact on all aspects of the human body.Psychosocial factors are now considered to be independent risk factors for venous thrombosis.Depression can increase the risk of thrombosis through multiple mechanisms such as congenital inheritance,acquired behavior,mental stress,inflammatory mediators,autonomic nerve and neuroendocrine system.At the same time,the impact of antidepressants on venous thrombosis and the corresponding mechanism are also concerned.Therefore,this paper summarizes the research progress of the effect of antidepressants on venous thrombosis in patients with depression in recent years,analyzes the possible mechanism,and provides reference for the management of patients with depression with high thrombosis risk.
