水性复合发泡剂发泡聚乙烯的制备及性能研究

摘要 以水(H_(2)O)为发泡剂,聚乙二醇(PEG)为稳定剂,制备环保复合发泡剂,并利用二次开模法制备发泡PE材料,探究H_(2)O与PEG的质量比对发泡PE形貌及性能的影响。结果表明:随着H_(2)O与PEG质量比的增加,发泡PE比拉伸强度、比弯曲强度和弯曲模量呈现先提高后降低的趋势,当m(H_(2)O)∶m(PEG)=0.4∶1.6时,比拉伸强度和比弯曲强度最高;当m(H_(2)O)∶m(PEG)=0.2∶1.8时,弯曲模量最高。而随着H_(2)O与PEG质量比的提高,发泡PE断裂伸长率降低。随着H_(2)O含量的增加,发泡PE耐热性能逐渐下降;但发泡PE隔音性能逐渐提高。当m(H_(2)O)∶m(PEG)=0.4∶1.6时,能够获得具有良好泡孔结构的发泡PE材料,其力学性能、隔音性能和耐热性能最优。 Using water(H_(2)O)as foaming agent and polyethylene glycol(PEG)as stabilizer,the environmental protection composite foaming agent was prepared.The foamed PE material was prepared by twice opening mold method.The effects of the mass ratios of H_(2)O to PEG on the morphology and properties of foamed PE were investigated.The results show that the specific tensile strength,specific bending strength and bending modulus of foamed PE show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of the mass ratios of H_(2)O to PEG.When m(H_(2)O)∶m(PEG)is 0.4∶1.6,the specific tensile strength and specific bending strength are the highest.The bending modulus is the highest when m(H_(2)O)∶m(PEG)is 0.2∶1.8.The elongation at break of foamed PE is decreased with the increase of the mass ratios of H_(2)O to PEG.With the content of H_(2)O increases,the heat resistance of foamed PE is decreased gradually.But foamed PE has good sound insulation performance.So,when m(H_(2)O)∶m(PEG)is 0.4∶1.6,the foamed PE material with good cellular structure can be obtained,and its mechanical properties,sound insulation properties and heat resistance are the best.
