应用于雷电监测的激光测距仪注塑模具设计

Design of Injection Mold for Laser Rangefinder Applied in Lightning Monitoring

摘要 以某型号激光测距仪为例,基于三维建模技术和模流仿真技术,分析塑件的结构特点。选择合适的成型材料,通过Moldflow软件进行网格划分,设计合适的浇口位置、浇注系统及冷却系统。分析塑件成型时的充填时间、速度/压力切换时的压力、流动前沿温度、体积收缩率、缩痕指数、翘曲变形量和锁模力,结果表明各个参数均处在合理范围内。同时,对模具结构进行设计,并对模具的工作过程进行介绍。 Taking a certain type of laser rangefinder as an example,based on three-dimensional modeling technology and mold flow simulation technology,the structural characteristics of plastic parts were analyzed.The suitable gate position,gating system and cooling system were designed meshing by Moldflow selecting the appropriate molding material.Filling time,pressure during velocity/pressure switching,temperature of flow front,volume shrinkage rate,shrinkage index,warpage deformation and clamping force during plastic forming were analyzed.and the results show that each parameter is within a reasonable range.At the same time,design the mold structure and introduce the working process of the mold.
