12Cr2Mo1VR钢SH-CCT曲线测定及分析

摘要 文中叙述了在Gleeble-3180热模拟试验机上采用热膨胀法进行12Cr2Mo1VR钢的热模拟试验,获得不同冷却速率下的相变点、显微组织和维氏硬度,并对其进行分析,绘制出12Cr2Mo1VR钢的模拟焊接热影响区奥氏体连续冷却转变图。结果表明:冷却速率小于0.25℃/s时,组织转变为铁素体和珠光体;冷却速率为0.25℃/s及以上时,贝氏体转变开始,硬度逐渐升高。 The thermal simulation test of 12 Cr2 Mo1 VR steel was carried out on Gleeble-3180 simulation machine by thermal expansion method. The simulated welding heat affected zone austenite continuous cooling transition curves( SH-CCT) of 12 Cr2 Mo1 VR steel was obtained by the analyze the phase transition points, microstructure and hardness under different cooling rates obtained. The results showed that when the cooling rate selected was below0.25 ℃/s, the tissues changed into ferrite and pearlite. While the cooling rate was above 0.25 ℃/s, the bainite transformation occured and hardness was gradually increased.
