间断禁食对非肥胖小鼠体质量及糖代谢的影响

摘要 目的:探究间断禁食对非肥胖小鼠体质量及糖代谢的影响。方法:将20只C57BL/6J非肥胖小鼠(雄性,12周龄)随机分为自由进食组和间断禁食组,每组10只。间断禁食组每周一、三、五禁食3 d,自由进食组正常基础饲料喂养。每周一称小鼠体质量和食物重量,计算摄食量,12周后行经腹腔葡萄糖耐量实验(IPGTT),14周后行经腹腔胰岛素耐量实验(IPITT)。比较两组小鼠的体质量、进食量及对糖代谢的影响。结果:间断禁食组和自由进食组小鼠基线体质量及12周后体质量比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);但12周后,自由进食组体质量较基线增加[(28.89±1.72)g比(26.31±1.43)g],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);间断禁食组体质量较基线时无明显变化[(27.57±2.05)g比(27.50±2.14)g],P>0.05。两组累计进食量比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。12周后,IPGTT结果显示,与自由进食组相比,间断禁食组在30 min及60 min时血糖值降低(P<0.05);14周后IPITT结果显示,两组各时点血糖值比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:间断禁食可减缓小鼠体质量增加,改善葡萄糖耐量,对糖代谢产生有益作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of intermittent fasting on body weight and glucose metabolism in non-obese mice.Methods A total of 20 C57BL/6J non-obese mice(male,12 weeks old)were randomly divided into two groups:adlibitum feeding group(AL group)and intermittent fasting group(IF group),with 10 mice in each group.The IF group fasted for 3 days every week(Monday,Wednesday,and Friday),and the AL group was fed with normal basic diet.The weight of mice and food weight were monintored every Monday.And the food intake was calculated.Intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test(IPGTT)was performed after 12 weeks,and intraperitoneal insulin tolerance test(IPITT)was performed after 14 weeks.The body weight,food intake and the effect on glucose metabolism of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the baseline body weight and 12-week postoperative body weight between the AL group and IF group(P>0.05).But the body weight in AL group was higher at 12 weeks than that in baseline,(28.89±1.72)g vs.(26.31±1.43)g,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in 12-week postoperative and baseline body weight of IF group,(27.57±2.14)g vs.(27.50±2.05)g,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in cumulative food intake between the two groups(P>0.05).After 12 weeks,the results of IPGTT showed that the blood glucose levels of the IF group decreased at 30 minutes and 60 minutes,compared with those of the AL group(P<0.05).After 14 weeks,the results of IPITT showed that there was no significant difference in blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Intermittent fasting can slow down the weight increase of mice,improve glucose tolerance,and have beneficial effects on glucose metabolism.
