奥卡西平联合腺苷钴胺片治疗原发性三叉神经痛的效果分析

Effect of oxcarbazepine combined with cobamamide adenosine tablets on primary trigeminal neuralgia

目的:观察奥卡西平联合腺苷钴胺片治疗原发性三叉神经痛(PTN)的临床效果。方法:抽取2018年1月至2020年1月于商丘市立医院确诊并接受治疗的74例PTN患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组采用腺苷钴胺片治疗,观察组采用奥卡西平联合腺苷钴胺片治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗8周后,评估并比较两组睡眠质量及疼痛程度,检测并比较两组炎症因子水平,记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,两组PSQI评分及VAS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,两组血清TNF-α及IL-1β水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见不良反应发生。结论:PTN患者使用奥卡西平联合腺苷钴胺片治疗获益较好,更利于减轻患者炎症程度及疼痛程度,改善患者睡眠质量,且联合用药不增加不良反应,安全性好。

Objective To observe the effect of oxcarbazepine combined with cobamamide adenosine tablets on primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN).Methods A total of 74 PTN patients diagnosed and treated in Shangqiu Municipal Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.And they were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cobamamide,and the observation group was treated with oxcarbazepine combined with cobamamide adenosine tablets.Before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,sleep quality and pain degree of the two groups were evaluated and compared.The inflammatory factors were detected and compared between the two groups.The adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results There was no significant difference in the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,PSQI score and VAS score of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in levels of serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum TNF-αand IL-1βin both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in neither group.Conclusions Oxcarbazepine combined with cobamamide adenosine tablets is beneficial for the treatment of PTN patients,which is more conducive to reducing the degree of inflammation and pain degree,and can improve the sleep quality of patients.And the combination of drugs will not increase adverse reactions,with high safety.
