基于多指标权重分析和正交设计法优选如意金黄散复方提取工艺 被引量:14

Exploration on extraction processes of compound Ruyi Jinhuang Powder based on orthogonal design and multi-index weight analysis

摘要 目的:确定指标权重,优选如意金黄散复方的提取工艺,为其进一步研究开发提供参考。方法:以姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱、芦荟大黄素、厚朴酚的溶出量和得膏率为评价指标,采用层次分析(AHP)法、基于指标相关性的权重赋权系数(CRITIC)法以及AHP-CRITIC混合加权法来确定复方中各指标的权重系数,结合正交实验结果优选出如意金黄散复方的提取工艺参数。结果:相对于AHP法和CRITIC法而言,AHP-CRITIC混合加权法更加科学、合理、稳定,以此方法最终优选出的如意金黄散复方的提取工艺条件为:加8倍量75%乙醇加热回流提取3次,每次2.0 h。结论:AHP-CRITIC混合加权法确定的权重系数客观且真实,可以更全面反映如意金黄散复方的配伍信息,优选得到的提取工艺稳定可行,重复性良好,可以为如意金黄散复方研究开发提供参考。 Objective:To determine the index weight,optimize the extraction process of compound Ruyi Jinhuang Powder,and to provide a reference for its further research and developmemt of industrial production.Methods:Taking the extraction capacity of curcumin,berberine hydrochloride,aloe-emodin,magnolol and extract yield as comprehensive evaluation indexes,the weighting coefficient in 5 synthetic evaluation indexes was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC)method,and mixed weighted AHP-CRITIC.Combined with the results of orthogonal test,the extraction process parameters of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder were optimized.Results:Compared with AHP method and CRITIC method,AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method was more scientific,reasonable and stable.The optimal process parameters were confirmed as decocting for 3 times with 2.0 h each adding 8 times volume of the amount of 75%ethanol.Conclusion:The weight coefficient determined by AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method was objective and real,which can reflect the compatibility information of compound Ruyi Jinhuang Powder.The optimized extraction process was stable and feasible with good repeatability,providing reference for industrial production.
