摘要
以高海拔地区某铜矿铜矿石输送为背景,通过方案对比确定采用 2 段长距离带式输送机的输送方案。针对高海拔地区的气候特点和下运高差大的特殊工况,采用 5 辊托辊组结构以保证曲线段输送带的对中运行;应用高强度小直径、密排布的钢丝绳芯输送带,提高了输送带的成槽性,降低了输送带总质量;开发了一体化全封闭通廊,避免输送带的过早老化;采用垂直重锤与液压张紧组合张紧方式,保证带式输送机在各种工况下的张紧力;选用下运馈电控制系统,使输送机在稳定运行的同时节省了能源。该输送系统的设计可为今后类似项目的设计提供参考。
The copper ore transportation in a copper mine in a high-altitude area being taken as the background,the transportation scheme of two-segment long-distance belt conveyor was determined after comparison.In view of the climate features of the high-altitude area and the large height difference of downward transportation,five-idler group was applied to ensure the aligned operation of the curved belt.The belt bearing high-strength,small-diameter and densely arranged steel core enhanced the grooving ability and reduced the total mass of the belt.An integrated fully-enclosed corridor was developed to avoid premature aging of the belt.The tensioning mode combining vertical heavy hammer and hydraulic tensioning was applied to guarantee the tension of the belt in various operation modes.The power feedback control system at downward transportation was applied to stabilize the operation of the conveyor and save the energy.The conveyance system offered reference for the design of similar projects in future.
