摘要
以信阳钢铁有限责任公司年产 80 万 t 矿渣微粉生产线为例,对其生产工艺、主机设备选型进行了分析,对全厂物料平衡和立磨系统热量平衡进行了计算,并对生产工艺系统进行了优化。目前系统运行稳定,产品各项性能指标已达到设计要求和国家标准,对其他矿渣微粉项目的设计具有借鉴意义。
Taking the 800 000 t/a slag powder production line in Xinyang Steel Co.,Ltd.as the example,the paper analyzed its production process and the selection of main equipments,and calculated the material balance in whole plant and the thermal balance of the vertical mill system,finally optimized the production process.At present,the system operates stably,all the property indexes of the slag powder reach design requirements and national standards.The production line was of reference for the design of other slag powder projects.
