摘要
阐述了国家对矿山固体废料的管理政策和金属矿山充填采矿法的现状,指出了膏体充填的关键在膏体浓密 (浓缩)。重点介绍了新型无耙膏体浓密机的结构及原理,其可将低质量分数的尾砂浆直接浓缩成膏状底流。通过与常规有耙膏体浓密机对比和实际试运行情况可知,无耙膏体浓密机的膏体制备效果更加稳定,真正实现矿山开采的全尾充填和无尾排放。
The paper expounded the national management policy on mine solid waste and the current situation of filling goaf with paste in metal mines,and pointed out that the key of paste filling was paste thickening (concentration).It stressed the structure and the principle of a new-type non-rake paste thickener which directly concentrated the mortar tailings with low mass fraction into paste underflow.Compared with the conventional raked paste thickener,actual trial operation showed the paste preparation effects with the non-rake paste thickener were more stable,thus the full filling of tailings and non-tailings discharge could be realized during mining process.
