基于流固耦合的大型矿用洒水车矿区行驶防浪涌分析 被引量:1

Analysis on surge prevention inside large driving mine-used sprinkling vehicle based on fluid-solid coupling

摘要 洒水车是矿区环保的重要维护设备,但在矿区复杂的行驶条件下极易出现翻车及结构强度失效等问题。为保证行车安全,以容积为 120 m^(3) 的大型矿用洒水车为研究对象,基于流固耦合动态有限元方法,选择 8 种典型行驶工况来探究洒水车水箱内部浪涌对结构的影响。分析结果表明:转向工况对水箱内隔板底部焊缝处的应力影响最为显著,且随着充液比的增大,隔板底部的应力也随之增大;过坑工况对水箱的侧向位移影响显著,易出现行驶失稳问题,其余各工况对水箱底板的影响相对较小。研究结果可为大型矿用洒水车的行驶方法及结构防浪涌设计提供良好的理论依据。 The sprinkling vehicle plays an important role in environmental protection of mines,but it is easy to roll over and fail in structural strength incomplex operation conditions of mining areas.To ensure safe operation,a 120 m^(3) large mine-used sprinkling vehicle being taken as the research study,eight typical operation modes were selected to explore the influence of the surge inside the tank of the sprinkling vehicle on the structure of the sprinkling tank based on fluid-solid coupling dynamic finite element method.The analysis results showed:the steering operation mode had the most significant influence on the stress of the weld seam at the baffle bottom inside the tank,the stress at the baffle bottom increased with the increase in the flushing ratio;the pit-crossing operation mode had the most significant influence on the lateral displacement of the tank,the unstable operation easily occurred;the other operation modes had slighter influence on the bottom of the tank.The research results could offer excellent theoretical basis for the surge prevention structural design and the operation mode of the large mine-used sprinkling vehicle.
