摘要
组成柴油机电控单元(ECU)的各类电路模块所采用的集成芯片基本由国外厂商垄断,目前国内市场缺乏采用国产集成芯片的电控单元产品。根据电控单元电路的工作特点,重点分析了电源模块电路的技术特征,并提出了一种在不降低技术参数的条件下,采用全国产芯片的电源模块的电路硬件设计方案,通过电磁兼容试验对该电路进行了硬件功能验证。
Most electronic elements of diesel engine electrical control unit(ECU)are supplied by global corporations.Home market lacks of ECU production that based on domestic chips.According to the characteristics of the key circuits for diesel engine electrical control unit,it analyses kinds of domestic chips to be designed in power supply circuits.EMC experiments are used to validate the functions of these circuits.
