柴油机台架模拟整车道路循环的方法研究

Study on the Method of Simulating Vehicle Road Cycle with Diesel Engine Test Bench

基于整车的中国货车行驶工况(CHTC-LT)循环路谱,提出依托柴油机测试台架为平台模拟整车路谱的试验方法,引入线性回归分析作为试验有效性的判断依据。试验结果表明:转速、扭矩和功率满足线性回归要求,台架实测油耗与整车转毂油耗吻合,表明基于柴油机台架模拟整车路谱方法具有可行性。

Based on the CHTC-LT cycle of the vehicle,the test method of simulating the whole vehicle spectrum based on the diesel engine test bench is proposed,and the linear regression analysis is introduced as the criterion of the validity of the test.The test results show that the speed,torque and power can meet the linear regression requirements.The numerical results and the measured fuel consumption of the bench are in good agreement,which indicates the feasibility of simulation based on the whole vehicle road spectrum method based on the diesel engine bench.
