江淮稻区主要育成粳稻品种的耐淹性分析

Analysis for Rice Submergence Seedling of Japonica Varieties in Jiang-Huai Region

摘要 选择4个生态类型的95份水稻品种,采用试管内种子耐淹萌发试验和模拟大田种子耐淹萌发试验两种不同试验方法进行耐淹性鉴定,以水淹状态下种质萌发7 d的胚芽鞘长度作为调查指标。结果表明:(1)不同的水稻品种在缺氧萌发时其胚芽鞘长度存在广泛差异。(2)两种耐淹性试验分析比较发现,模拟大田试验方法与试管内种子耐水淹方式的种子芽鞘伸长长度差异较大,模拟大田耐水淹试验结果表明芽鞘伸长受抑制主要是由产生的低温环境造成的。(3)两种处理结果表明‘连粳9号’、‘盐粳7号’、‘连粳7号’和‘连粳15号’等水稻品种具有既耐低氧又耐低温特性,可作为本稻区直播水稻品种。 The seed tolerance to anoxia was analyzed in vitro germination tolerance in tubes and under soil-media in order to simulate the field environment.Coleoptile length of seedlings under anoxia situation for 7 days as survey indicator among 95 rice varieties with 4 ecological types.Results show that:(1)The coleoptile length among different rice varieties had rich variation.(2)The comparison of the two waterlogging resistance tests showed that there was a great difference between the simulated field test method and in vitro waterlogging resistance method in the length of seed bud sheath elongation.The results of the simulated field waterlogging resistance test showed that the inhibition of germination sheath elongation was mainly caused by the low temperature environment.(3)The rice varieties of'Lianjing 9','Yanjing 7','Lianjing 7','Lianjing 15'had high tolerance to low temperature and anoxia through two methods,which provide direct seedling cultivars for the local rice area.
